"The good: - Pool area is very nice - Breakfast is fantastic - varied and delicious. - Staff at check-in nice, and we could access our room much earlier than thought - Bed was really comfortable, room quiet and curtains very good --> if you want to sleep well, you definitely can - Location is decent, walkable to old town area, very near metro. Though the immediately surrounding area is not very exciting (a shopping mall). The less good / suggestions to improve: - Room was a bit small / on the basic side considering the price. Caveat, hotels seem to be generally expensive in Spain. Still we hoped for a bit better for the price point. - The air con is excessive. Our room was set to 17 degrees when we arrived! We turned it off, but felt stupid to need a jumper inside when outside it was 30 degrees. A bit of moderation would be nice. Makes a bit of a mockery of any sustainability claims..."

"Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr sauber, auch die Bettwäsche war stets gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte täglich und zuverlässig. Auch das Personal und der Service waren durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider fehlen auf dem Zimmer Hausschuhe sowie eine Möglichkeit, Wasser zu kochen bzw. sich einen Tee zuzubereiten. Zudem kann es nachts etwas lauter sein, was insbesondere für schlafempfindliche Gäste störend sein kann. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt jedoch angenehm, und besonders der gute Service und das freundliche Personal sind positiv hervorzuheben."

"sehr schönes und großes Hotel. Personal war wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das einzige was etwas gestört hat, waren die Geräusche die man im Zimmer gehört hat. Sowohl von draußen, vom Verkehr und auch von den Nachbarn, man hört fast alles durch. Ansonsten hat alles gut gepasst!"
