„Blick aus dem 10 Stock,Essen und nicht weit Meer. Das alles hat mir gefallen. Personal auf der Reception ok aber nicht besonders nett. Generell Hotel war ok“

„Fantastische Lage. 5 Min. zu Fuß vom Strand. Ruhig. Geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Gehobene Küche. Das Frühstück war vielleicht das Beste, das ich in einem Hotel hatte. Das Buffet war nicht riesig, aber alles sehr fein. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge (die vielleicht für ganz Israel gelten): Flecken/Kratzer an Wänden schneller entfernen bzw. renovieren und wärmere Beleuchtung am Bett statt kalt-weiße LEDs. “

„First we got a room on the lowest floor - which was supposed to be an upgrade. However the room was quite worn down already. We were looking directly onto a roof and even though asked to change the room there was no possibility accoding to front desk. In the morning the cleaning ladies startet at 7 to rumble directly opposite our door. After day 3 of our 6 days stay I made a really angry call to the front desk and finally we got to change our room. After that everyone was very committed to ...
