„Staff were excellent. I found that I lost my passport when I was checking in. They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help. BTW, the local "taksashi" crab at nearby restaurant is super super oishii!! Must try!!“

„Tu en room was absolutely stunning with the private hot tub. Don’t bother eating there though. It s a waste of your money. The shuttle was very convenient to get to the train station and visit.“

„The hôtel is in the middle of the Izu Island and allows to start some visits on both sides . It is essential to have a car - the restaurants are available within 10 min drive . The breakfast is good but a lot of people - expect some waiting - Hotel works together with the La Forêt hotel and sharing some facilities ( ie. The pool on the Marriott side ) . The also organize massages in the hotel room - very good “

„We really enjoy our stay in the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, and bathroom was a top notch with views over the sea and mountains. The hotel is located on the isle and there is a very picturesque walk around it. You can also visit aquarium and marine park to see marine animals. “
