10/10 Hervorragend
"From the moment I arrived until the very moment of my departure, my stay was truly exceptional. The entire team was outstanding, always warm, attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming. I felt completely at ease and thoroughly taken care of throughout my stay. A very special mention goes to Andrea, whose exceptional kindness, professionalism and personal attention made my experience even more memorable. She was always available to assist me, thoughtfully arranging everything I needed and making me feel truly welcome. Her warm and heartfelt farewell was just as lovely as her reception. I would also like to express my appreciation for Eirini at the boutique, who made my shopping experience an absolute pleasure with her charming, attentive and gracious service. The room was wonderful, and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every respect. I would love to return. My only suggestion for improvement would be the spa, which unfortunately seems rather small and gets fully booked very quickly. A little more attention to availability and reservations would certainly enhance the experience. All in all, a truly wonderful hotel with exceptional hospitality, a beautiful atmosphere and a team that makes guests feel genuinely special. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!"
