„The food is horrible, in the buffet and the restaurants. In order to get our room cleaned we had to ask the butler and then he would send someone. We had the “VIP package” and this gave us access to the adult only pool which was dirty throughout our entire stay it had like a yellow oil dirt on the side. „The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The ...

„Great Location Right on the Beach , ideal for Long Morning Walks to either direction and closeby other restaurants. We had a Rental car which was Great for Trips to Cabo Pulmo, Todos Santos and the Art Walk in down town San José on Thursdays from 17-22 hrs. Free parking at the hotel .“
