„This hotel was fantastic and an absolutely stellar place to stay when you are heading to Dallas. It was clean, quiet, gorgeous rooms, great amenities and the breakfast was top notch. I seriously would have gone to a restauraunt and paid for what they served.“

„Room didn’t look like it was cleaned prior to our arrival. I assume it hadn’t been used in a while considering the accumulated dust. The bathroom shower curtain was not usable and it was tangled around the curtain rings, which were also loose and some broken. For a luxury rating, it didn’t feel luxurious at all“

„Great place to base yourself if needing to be in the Frisco area. Clean, tidy, safe. Comfy beds. Walkable to Legacy Shops (25 minutes). Some great restaurants across from the hotel - Cantina Loredo (good happy hour), Great sushi & service at Edoko. Coffee at Summer Moon really good. Would definitely stay again. I did not use the pool, it looked well maintained and was being cleaned daily when I sat to have my coffee. I did not use the hotel bar/food. Easy parking straight outside and ...

„We checked in and stayed in the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The staff told me it was “European-Style.” Would have been nice to know before I booked. It was like 120 square foot. And later the staff told me they had normal rooms but checked me into a European sized room. Took 15 minutes to valet park and check in. And the place wasn’t busy. Breakfast was a joke. It was a table of cold cuts and hard cheese. No breakfast food. Just glad it’s over. Won’t be back.  ...

„This hotel offered a convenient location, clean rooms and a standard stay for our visit to Dallas. There are minor issues that made me give a 4 instead of a 5 star review. In the shower cubicle, the conditioner and body wash was empty and they didn’t check or replenish it every day. The water pressure was on the low side and on the first day, they replaced the towels but didn’t make the beds. Otherwise, it was a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay.“
