„Wir hatten hier übernachtet, bevor wir mit der Fähre zurück aufs Festland fuhren. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir empfehlen das 'The Evenhill' gerne weiter. Sehr gutes Essen im Pub und im Restaurant! Das Frühstück wird nach individuellen Wünschen frisch zubereitet. Unser Zimmer mit Bad war sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Danke an das tolle Team von 'The Evenhill'!“

„We stayed in the David Bowie room which was fantastically decorated as was the matching bathroom. All rooms were immaculately clean and full of character and charm. There was a great choice of breakfasts which were beautifully prepared, and presented in the lovely ArtDeco dining room. Kat & Richard were wonderful hosts - so friendly and passionate about their Home/B&Bs history, themes and decor. We were celebrating a Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and couldn't have picked a better place to ...

„Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Quirky rooms with everything you could need and very comfortable bed. Great location and great roof top bar. We loved our stay in Margate and would recommend it to others. “

„Had an excellent stay at the Old Town House. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Margate as you are a short 15min walk away from the train station and right in the old town centre next to great coffee shops, restaurants and more. The room was beautiful and clean, bed super comfortable and overall a lovely stay for the price. Really easy check in system too with keyless access. Thank you Anne & Mark“

„The hotel has it's own charme, directly located at the Cathedral, nicely polished up (since our last visit in 2007), offers very friendly service. The slightly complicated distribution of rooms is owed to the old historic building. No direct car parking in the vicinity, but unloading an loading possible. We sure will come back “

„Ein sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage in Canterbury. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars ausen rum. Sehr sauber, schönes neues Bad, alle Pflegeartikel im Bad und flauschige Handtücher in 3 Größen. Das Parken war mit 25 Pfund/Tag trotz Hotelrabatt schon frech. Zudem hatten wir Zimmer 424, das muss direkt unter der Bar auf der Dachterrasse sein. Hier war trotz Anruf bei der Rezeption bis nach 23 Uhr laute Musik zu horen.“
