„We had a great time at Postgate Barn. The barn is refurbished with plenty of work and a lot of love to a realy cozy and lovely location. It´s wonderfully quiet and it takes only a few steps into the moor. The accomodation includes everything for the stay, even everything for the first cuppa tea or coffee. Thanks for Mark an Moya for giving us a warm welcome. All of us enjoyed the time (even the teenagers due to technical equipment) and we hope to return sometime.“

„Very well equipped accommodation. Great base for exploring the area. Beamish museum very close and well worth a visit. Also close enough to visit Newcastle, can get metro so don't have to drive in, Hadrians wall, Derwent water. Lot of places to visit. Good location if doing Great North Run.“

„Property was lovely. Everything we needed for stay. Plenty plates, glasses and utensils in kitchen. Lots of room in lounge for us all. Bedrooms comfy and bathrooms lovely too with towels and nice hand wash. Would recommend to family and friends and definitely be back again soon.“

„Nice and comfortable place with everything you need, convenient stores 5 mins walk, there are bus stops, but I think is convenient to have a car and there is a great driveway next to the house and the beds are clean & comfortable. The only downside for me it’s not pet friendly anymore, she had a bad experience in the past with other guests and asked as soon as I arrived if my small dog would be kept in a crate during my stay.
