„Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes renoviertes lokales Pub, welches auch als Hotel dient. Das Pub selber ist sehr schön klassisch eingerichtet. Das Inn ist nur ca. 6min vom Bahnhof entfernt. Der Check-in verlief sehr schnell und äußerst freundlich. Das Personal ist allgemein sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. „Das Hotel liegt zentral in Harrogate mit allem was man braucht in der Nähe. Das Hotel selbst ist in einem alten restaurierten Gebäude untergebracht. Mein Zimmer lag "im Keller" mit Fenster und eigenem Eingang über eine Außentreppe. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr groß und gut eingerichtet, wobei das Badezimmer eine Renovierung vertragen könnte. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig (nur Einfachverglasung und ständig laut vernehmbare Laufgeräusche von oben). Ohne Ohrstöpsel hätte ich hier nicht ...

„Beim Eintreffen so gegen 18.00 Uhr war nur jemand telefonisch erreichbar und der Schlüssel deponiert. Das Gästehaus liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße, die auch bei geschlossenem Fenster gut zuhören war. Das Bett empfanden wir als wenig bequem und das Zimmer an sich war anspruchslos eingerichtet. Das Bad war klein, aber an sich in Ordnung, nur leider gab es kein warmes Wasser. Die Inhaberin tat dies mit einer lapidaren Entschuldigung ab. Ein Frühstück wurde gar nicht erst angeboten. Nicht ...
