I really enjoyed the hotel and the amenities. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The shower had a long, dark brown streak near the temperature knob and it appeared that the bathtub hadn't been cleaned.
Everything was quiet and wonderful until about 9:00pm Saturday night. Whomever the guests were across the hall and next to us were not the kind of people I needed to be surrounded by for a night. For nearly 3 1/2 hours, it sounded like ongoing scenes from a gangster movie. There was continuous shouting, excessive profanity with threats to K*** and F the N Up!
I really was terrified for myself and my children. We remained completely quiet and I did my best to get them to fall asleep by playing White Noise music and Delta Sleep Wave music on my cellphone. Ultimately, I let multiple loud screams after hearing what sounded like someone being slammed into the wall. Then and only then did the people go into their rooms.
The next day and night were completely beautiful. There were no loud disturbances nor any distractions and the housekeeping lady provided everything we needed to swap out our used bathroom toiletries. Breakfast was Fantastic both mornings we were there and checkout was simple and fast.
