„The room was nicer than the previous hotel we stayed at in Columbus. The hotel itself was nice, but management gave me issues once I asked to continue my stay for work purposes. We came to the office around 9 AM and he would not give me the same room and wanted to put me in a different room that cost more money. I believe they did this so they would not have to honor their price I paid for 5 days. I don’t know if I will be back because management was difficult and would not work with me “

„The desk staff were great. The TV didn’t work ( couldn’t turn it on) in my room. The bed sheets on one bed looked grayish instead of crisp white. A friend who traveled with me found fake eyelashes stuck to the TV remote in her room. Her tissue box was not in a plastic case & the tissues looked faded, not white tissues. „Staff was excellent, accommodating, always smiling and standing ready to assist with anything you might need. The elevator was not working; we are elderly so the front desk attendant changed our room to the first floor to accommodate our needs. The breakfast staff were so nice and kept the area clean and made sure food was always available. “
