„This was exactly what my family and I needed to have a wonderful stay in the U.P. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed (washer/dryer were so nice to have also!!)We enjoyed fishing on the dock (caught quite a few fish) and my kids even completed a puzzle to kill some time in the evening. There weren’t really any neighbors during our time there, which made for a quiet and peaceful stay. Only complaint the amount of mosquitoes outside the cottage. „Simple, cozy place with the essentials. I had no cell phone service, but they do have good wifi service. So you can still be connected if you choose to be, while being remote enough for a quiet, peaceful stay surrounded by nature. It was perfect as a homebase while exploring the UP. „We stayed here for 3 nights with some friends and the house was just what we needed. Everything inside the house was up to date and in working order. The hot tub was huge and definitely a perk after lots of physical activity during the day. It’s more of a rural area but there was a small grocery mart and a restaurant/bar a few miles down the road. Would recommend for summer or winter activities for a larger group/family. “

„My overall impression of this property is excellent with the exception of the basement bedroom. This tiled floor needs to be cleaned a bit better. Bathrooms were very clean and kitchen as well. Our beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We all liked how large the house was. Its a shame that the yard looked so unkept.
