„The only saving grace of this hotel was the attendant, Vanessa, who helped us move rooms and find a working remote control for the tv. The first room reserved for us was very moldy and heavily perfumed from a cleaning product. The room we stayed in had an AC unit that sounded like a tractor. The tv in this room did not have a remote control, so we had to go ask the staff twice for help on this matter. Vanessa was very patient and helpful.
