The thatched, idyllic half-timbered house, which is almost 300 years old, is truly charming to experience. There's plenty of room to breathe deeply and experience the island nature of Møn up close.
The ground floor offers an entrance hall, a newly renovated bathroom with shower (with organic shampoo available), washing machine, dryer and underfloor heating. The well-equipped rustic country kitchen contains one of the house's wood-burning stoves, while the other wood-burning stove is in the living room, which also offers comfortable seating and a grand piano. The living room, with a full-height ceiling, also has two single beds.
Upstairs are the cottage's two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Duxiana double bed (180 cm), a desk and a great view of the surrounding fields, while the slightly smaller bedroom (which you walk through to get to the master bedroom) has two single beds. The cottage also offers dress-up clothes and toys for the little ones, making it perfect for families who want to enjoy an authentic setting and outdoor areas that invite play and relaxation. When the season allows, you can pick apples, rhubarb, elderberries, raspberries, currants and herbs from the herb garden.
