„Sehr schönes Hotel direkt im Zentrum und schön gelegen. Mit Parkplatz. Sehr nettes Personal! :-) Auch das Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel und Zimmer schön eingerichtet und dekoriert. Einfach ein schönes Hotel mit netter Bar.“

„Arrived late and struggled to get in as they had given us the wrong code and wrong room. After phoning them they also gave another wrong code and room. Finally got in after 3 attempts! Other than that, the hotel was lovely modern and fresh, good value as well. Would recommend. “

„When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. Don’t even consider this place for your stay. Never.“

„Das Hotel ist mitten im Zentrum, öffentliche Parkplätze vor der Tür. Empfang und Zimmer war im ersten Stock, Aufzug vorhanden. Das Zimmer und Bad ist sehr geräumig, sauber, W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei. Abendessen konnten wir im Kellergewölbe im hauseigenen Restaurant sehr gut, Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr gut, vielfältig und ausreichend. Einziges Manko war das heiße Wasser in der Dusche. Wir mussten das Wasser extrem lange laufen lassen, bis es mal warm wurde und das Wasser war dann ...

„Lovely place, just off a main road so a handy break in my trip from Poprad Tatry Airport to Hlinne. Staff were friendly and helpful - and they spoke English, which was a definite advantage for me. They also have English menus. My previous stay, somewhere with no English menus or speakers, wasn't pleasant, but this stay was. Before anyone comments. I was in their country so they didn't have to speak English or have English menus - but it helps. “
