Searching for a modern, upgraded rental in the mountains of Steamboat Springs, Colorado? Look no further than Cozy Creek, a family-friendly end unit at Sunburst Townhomes, just steps from access to the free city bus! Recently updated, Cozy Creek has clean lines and modern finishes and is ready for your group to call home. When you enter the front door into the living space, you will immediately notice the dark wood floors extending throughout the entire main level along with the custom rustic wood pine accent wall. A gas fireplace is surrounded by sleek cabinets along with a large flat screen TV in the living room. Seating options are plentiful when the group wants to take in their favorite movie or enjoy family game night. Organizing all your gear is a breeze with the abundance of storage options including a full size closet, a separate shoe and boot closet and many hooks and shelves available.

Head towards the kitchen and dining area where you will find a sliding glass door beautifully framing the mountain views. The private patio will make for a great place to soak up the Colorado sun and listen to the melody of the creek. A completely updated kitchen features new espresso oak cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a wood bar with seating for 3. The half bath on the main floor is clean and bright with a Kohler sink and faucet and slate countertops.

All three bedrooms are located on the upper level of the townhome and include high ceilings and an abundance of natural light from new windows. The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite full bathroom. This bedroom is spacious and bright and includes a walk-out balcony with views of Mt. Werner. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over full bed and a full bathroom right next door in the hallway. The third bedroom includes one bunk bed (twin over twin) and a single twin. Both full bathrooms upstairs include new fixtures, lighting, and granite countertops. A laundry closet with a washer/dryer is housed on the upper level for convenience as well.

Other highlights of this townhome include a large storage room outside the front door providing a space for your skis/snowboards, golf clubs, or fishing gear. The community hot tub is a welcome spot to unwind after a busy day in the mountains. There is a free shuttle stop right outside the complex that can take you back and forth from the ski mountain or to downtown Steamboat. Cozy Creek is an ideal location winter or summer!

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this vacation rental home in Steamboat on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company. We are here in Steamboat Springs to solve any issue that might arise or answer questions you might have. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc.

You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for up to $1500 and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

Excellent location

Very close to the free bus stop on the Green Line. Easy to get to the mountain and ski. Nicely sized master bedroom and plenty of beds in the two other bedrooms. Kitchen was nice and the living room was cozy. The modem/router was having issues and the property manager responded immediately. Didn’t use the hot tub, but it’s very close by.

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo and would come back. We loved the fact that there were enough beds for everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked, including a crock pot, which we used. The condo was very clean when we arrived with plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dishwashing soap, etc. The issue we had was that the thermometer for the heat was not working. We contacted the corporate office (Vacasa) a number of times throughout the week, either by text or phone call. They, in turn, relayed the message to the local office. The local office was unresponsive to the heating problem. The condo was cold all week. By the time we left, it was really cold (as it was really cold outside). That was very disappointing to us.

Overall the place was very clean and spacious. Very short drive to the lift or there are buses that come by the neighborhood. The only complaint we had was the bunk beds were kind of shaky and squeaky like they needed tightened up. Besides that, we’d stay again for sure.

Everything was good, but the shower upstairs (not the master) needs some attention. The drain and the toggle between tub and shower are spraying water in many directions. Hot tub was closed for repairs our entire stay…kind of a bummer. Great location with easy access to town and Steamboat mountain.

Great place for our family of four. Really nice to have the 3 bathrooms. Very well stocked with kitchen essentials, pantry items/condiments, linens, and many other little things that were nice to have available. Hot tub across the street was easily accessible and nearly always open. Only complaint would be the boiler - it was pretty loud. Got used to it after awhile, but it was very noticeable when sitting at kitchen table or in TV area.

The condo was beautifully decorated and appointed. Everything we needed was there. It's very close to the ski resort; just a quick trip on the green line shuttle to the slopes. We had a great spring break and loved staying here. We will surely be back again!

Covid get away

Great stay at this condo. We stay in VRBO’s often and found this to be one of the top 5 in cleanliness and an amazingly well stocked kitchen (cooking supplies). Gas stove and everything we needed to cook. Weber grill and small deck was also perfect. Close to a walking path one direction (out the back) and a small gourmet grocery a short walk out the front door. Cable TV is not available in the master, so bring a Roku or device if that’s needed. Linens and shower curtains all reflected attention to detail with cleanliness being essential. It is just as the photos depicted. We loved the Steamboat area and will be back.

Nice end unit with small deck and grill facing some green space. The kitchen had everything you might need. Everything! The bathrooms are on the small side but very functional. Great place, great location

My wife and I stayed here with our 2 small children. The townhouse was very kid friendly, even had a baby gate. It was really nice having the hot tub right across from the townhouse. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was well stocked. Right behind the house was a path we used to walk down to Whistler Park. It was an easy walk to grab food near the ski area, with a small grocery store within walking distance, albeit the grocery store was a little pricey. The house itself was very nicely updated. The first floor had a nice open floor plan and was a great place to hang out and cook our meals. The upstairs had all the bedrooms and it was very comfortable and nice to have 2 separate bathrooms with showers upstairs. We would definitely stay again.

A lovely cabin stocked full of all the amenities you could need

This cabin was perfect for our annual ski trip. It was kept clean, had a ski shuttle pick-up right nearby, and a wonderful hot tub. It had lots of beds to fit everyone, with plenty of extra sheets and blankets. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with large pots and pans that made cooking for the group super simple. On top of all this, the rental management team was great to work with! We had to reach out to them for something minor, and they immediately responded and came by first thing. A great cabin with great management who is readily available.

This condo is a beautiful place to stay. It was exceptionally clean and has a super comfortable master bed. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. In a very quiet setting even with neighbors all around. Highly recommend this as a vacation rental.
