Welcome to our beautiful slice of heaven, located on the Yampa River in Steamboat Springs. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is a short 3-5 minute walk to the free bus line, where you can get to the ski resort in minutes. A true sanctuary nestled amidst nature's beauty. Located in a tranquil and picturesque setting, this charming getaway offers an unforgettable escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
As you step inside, you'll be immediately welcomed by the warm and inviting ambiance that is before you. The interior has a cozy modern charm, featuring tasteful decor, stainless appliances, and a plant paradise.
The downstairs living area is a cozy haven for relaxation, complete with two sofas, a gas fireplace, and large windows that allow natural light to flood the space while offering lovely views of the surrounding landscape. 
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with a gas stove/oven, making it a joy to whip up delicious meals for your group. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining area, where a large table provides enough seating for 6 guests to come together and enjoy a meal.
When it's time to rest, the four bedrooms are designed to provide the utmost comfort for your group. Each room features cozy bedding, ample storage, and tranquil views. The master bedroom has a king bed and a large TV for late night movies. The main guest room is spacious and comfortable w/ a queen bed, and small working desk space. The third bedroom on this level is a baby nursery w/ a crib, changing table, dresser, and comfortable rocker. You will also find plenty of closet space, blackout curtains, and a variety of children's books in this charming space. Continue up to the third floor to find the final bedroom. This room has a full bed, and twin inflatable bed. Please note that the stairs to the third floor are very steep, and must be used with caution. Not recommended for small children. Please also note that this bedroom is private due to being on it's own level, but does not have a door that closes it off from the staircase (reference photos). On the second floor you will also find a full bath complete with a shower/tub combo, his and hers sinks, and a large storage closet. 
The second level living area is the perfect place to unwind, with a large sectional and plenty of games and puzzles for the family to enjoy. If you work from home, you will also have access to the large desk area w/ a printer, second screen, and oversized desk chair. 
Throughout your stay, you can stay connected and entertained with high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs that allow you to access your favorite streaming services. Venture outside to discover the property's most enchanting feature: an expansive outdoor area that offers something for everyone. Whether you want to soak in the private hot tub, cook on the BBQ grill, or play in the snow,  the outdoor space has something for everyone. This large outdoor yard space is a shared space with our complex, so please be respectful of others enjoying the space.
While our Airbnb offers a serene escape, it's also conveniently located near popular attractions and activities. You can easily get to the resort or downtown by taking the free city shuttle which runs on a loop all year long. If you'd prefer to drive (which will be faster), the resort is only 1.5 miles away, and the downtown shops and restaurants are 3 miles.
