„This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy.“

„Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise war das okay, aber mehr nicht. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Man merkt, dass in die Anlage nichts mehr investiert wird. Beim Personal bemühen sich die einen, andere schauen nur griesgrämig in die Runde, was auf Gäste sehr "animierend" wirkt. Das Frühstück war erbärmlich. “
