Unfortunately, upon arrival, it turned out that the room was not properly prepared – there was standing water in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty and not cleaned. At the reception, I was informed that I could use the minibar, but it turned out to be incomplete and not fully stocked. Considering it was my birthday, I didn’t want to waste time dealing with these issues, so I asked for a different room. When I reported the problems at the reception, I was met with arrogant behavior from the staff, who said that it was not their problem. Additionally, the breakfast was very disappointing – everything was dirty, which completely took away my appetite. I definitely do not recommend this hotel."

"Hotel war für einen Zwischenstopp nach Mailand gebucht worden. Zimmer leider veraltet, Heizung funktionierte nicht, bzw. nicht bedienbar, daher kaltes Zimmer. Wände sehr hellhörig, Nachbarn haben bis Nachts gefeiert. Frühstück schlecht, bereits zu Beginn leer, spärliche Nachfüllung. "
