„Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, mit ein paar Schritten durch die Fussgängerzone auch gleich bei der Metro. Das Hotel hat ein tolles Cafe und Bistro, wo man sich auch am Abend noch sehr gute Speisen und Cocktails gönnen kann. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einzige Kritik: das Frühstück könnte etwas vielseitiger sein. Als Gebäck gibt es leider nur Toastbrot, Gemüse gibt es nur Tomaten, und Eier nur gekocht, und man hat auch keine Möglichkeit extra zu bestellen. Süsses gibt es dafür ...

She refused to honor it nor give any compensation. Five days later VBRO has still not heard a response from her so they are escalating the complaint. Nice view but I wouldn’t stay in this part of town again, very few restaurants and sketchy neighborhoods along with the apartment being 13 floors above street level ...
