„Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ganz gemütlich eingerichtet! Der Wasserhahn im Bad ganz locker, gehört dringend gerichtet. Einzig negative war, das in der Anzeige steht, Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung, bei der Abreise aber 30 Euro für 2 Tage abgenommen wurden. Fanden wir gar nicht gut.“

„The location of the house was good. It was about a 15 -20 min walk from the Termini Station. There was a restaurant and ice cream place on the street. The grocery store was about 8 mins away. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a couple of coffee makers. But the kitchen table was in one of the rooms where there are couches (that can be used as beds) not the kitchen so that was a little inconvenient to use while people were sleeping. „Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourner dans ce jolie appartement. Le quartier est très calme, très bien desservi par les bus et proche parc Borghèse. Restaurants et supermarché à proximité je recommande vivement.“

„Il soggiorno é stato ottimo. Nell'appartamente recentemente rinnovato non manca nulla. Il quartiere é tranquillo, i servizi essenziali, quali Metro, Bus, Supermercato, é tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Il proprietario, Tommaso, ci ha accolti personalmente e si é dimostrato molto cooperativo fornendoci molte informazioni preziose. Il collegamento con l'aereoporto é possibile dalla stazione Tiburtina, raggiungibile anche questa in pochi minuti a piedi. “

„Wohnung im Ganzen schon recht runtergeranzt. Vor allem die Bäder (Wanne fleckig, verkalkte Düsen einer rostigen funktionsuntüchtigen Sprudelanlage, Fliesen abgeschlagen und wahrscheinlich in den 70er Jahren verlegt...). Lange Spinnweben hingen von der Decke. Insgesamt ziemlich abgewohnt. Dafür einfach zu teuer. Lage gut, U-Bahn 5 min fußläufig, mehrere Cafe´s in der Nähe, kleiner Supermarkt über die Strasse. Die Vermieterin spricht/ versteht kaum Englisch, daher schwierige Kommunikation. Nur ...
