„As others have reported they allow you to book a room then when you try to enter you are told they have swapped you to another location. I rejected the alternative property as it was too far away . They then refused to refund me. I spent hours trying to get my money back and trying to find another room ( it was night time and I was alone with my luggage). Do not book with these people!“

„Die Zimmer und das Personal waren sehr nett. Es ist sauber, alle geben sich mühe und sind sehr zuvorkommend. Da wir uns nur zum Schlafen und zum Frühstück aufgehalten haben, kann man nichts gegen Einwenden. Die Lage ist nicht die beste aber dafür zentral. „The room is very close to the train station but the area is very dirty and is in a sketchy part of town. The room was well kept and has a small veranda for 2. The downfall was the bathroom sink had a sewer smell so we had to keep the bathroom light and fan on. We would leave the AC on during the day to help remove the smell and when we were in the room the door to the veranda. Besides the smell the room was nice.“

„The location of this property was great as it is right next to the train station. Instructions to check-in were easy to follow. They also helped us store our luggage overnight. The bed was good and the amenities as well. I would easily stay here again.“
