„The apartment is in a residential apartment building and within easy walking distance to many of the DC monuments & museums. The apartment was very nice, fully-furnished (complete w/a washer/dryer), with a corner view of the intersection below. Parking was available below the building (a big plus!). We would definitely stay there again!“

„Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Zusaätzlich stellen die freundlichen und hilfbereiten Vermieter Pantoffeln, Stadtpläne, Getränke und einige Snacks zur Verfügung. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Parkplatz und die Metro-Station, von der aus man direkt zur 'Mall', dem Zentrum von Washington kommt, ist mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten gut zu erreichen und verfügt über ein preisgünstiges Parkhaus. Sehr zu empfehlen!“

„We had a great stay! The basement unit was very clean and well-kept, with a brand new bathroom that felt fresh and modern. The neighborhood is quiet and safe: I felt completely comfortable going for a walk every morning. Parking was free and easy, which made things very convenient. „I have stayed in dozens of rentals and the communication and small simple amenities available for a family while traveling were phenomenal. I’d give 10 stars if possible. We were touring the east coast so did 3 cities in a week, this being our first stay. And Ike for sure made this the best experience and made going to other homes difficult :) would recommend to anyone looking to go to DC!!! “
