„The property was in new condition. Was well located to shops and transport. It was well equipped with cooking utensils, cups,plates and classes. Air conditioning was excellent. There was some sort of building noise from the neighbours but not excessive.“

„Our experience was great! Lots of room for us 5 girls. Great location. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Helpful and replied quickly when we had questions. Would definitely recommend. “

„Took a chance and got lucky with this property! We had two couples that stayed here, so the fact that there were 2 full baths was a huge plus! The apartment was decorated nicely with updated furniture and the bathrooms were also nice. The AC was cold which is a huge plus when it is hot outside and there is even 2 different thermostats for each room. The host greeted us, gave us a tour of the place and had a whole booklet with recommendations for our stay. Location is great, less than a 2 minute ...

„On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Everything else was fantastic, great hospitality, clean, proper guide, and thorough communication from property owner. “

„Stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and was very happy with the unit & the hospitality of our host! A day before our arrival, I messaged asking if there would be any laundry detergent and when we picked up our key we found out that they had gone out of their way to pick us up some. The unit itself was clean, nice, and near the water/many restaurants/shops and attractions in Como. We would absolutely stay here again.“

"Next to the old town where all the Shops are also secure parking available and Close to the train Station. It was also quiet the Hotel ist a bit outdated but price and Service was good, the main thing ist that it was Clean. Would stay there again."

"Es war ein wunderbarer Ort mit wunderschönem alten und renovierten Palais, welches in eine atemberaubend schöne und moderne infrastruktur eingebettet ist. Im grünen Park fühlt man sich wie im Märchen... wunderschön hergerichtet und gepflegt. der Floatingpool ist herrlich ...und sogar beheizt. Eun Hotel im oberen Preissegment...für italien sehr teuer... kann man sich gönnen... denn es hält was es verspricht. Massagen im Spa sind qualitativ top... auch hier oberstes Preisspanne... man kann problemlos mit Essen und einem verlängerten Wochenende im Basiszimmer schnell 10k CHF verbraten... Parking war erfreulicherweise inklusive. "

"Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat es ermöglicht, dass wir früher Einchecken durften. Hinzu kommt noch dazu, dass sie sehr Aufmerksam waren und als Geburtstagsgeschenk eine Flasche Champagner, Kuchen und eine Karte im Zimmer hinterlassen haben. "

"Sehr gutes Hotel und hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüsst. Eines der Highlights ist der interne Shop. Man findet dort u.a. Mineralwasser & weitere Nahrungsmittel und praktische Produkte für Reisende. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und angenehm. Grosses Bad. Bequemes Bett. Sehr nett ist auch, dass als Willkommensgeschenk Mineralwasser im Zimmer platziert war. Das Hotel ist auch sehr gut gelegen und in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof Como S. Giovanni. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und werde, falls ich wieder nach Como reise, auf jeden Fall gerne wieder dort einkehren."
