This fully renovated home features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests.

Bedroom 3: Full bed + twin trundle daybed that opens to provide two twin beds



Please note that the full bed and trundle are located together in the third bedroom.



Each bedroom has a new Smart TV, and an additional Smart TV is located in the living room, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space.



The home also features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, two full bathrooms, and a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer.



At the back of the home, a sunporch leads to an outdoor patio and a large, fully fenced backyard—perfect for enjoying some fresh air or giving the kids room to play.



A spacious garage provides convenient covered parking and additional space during your stay.



High-speed Wi-Fi is also available throughout the home.

Restaurants, shopping, Georgia Southern University, and other Statesboro destinations are all just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Statesboro and the surrounding area.



The home's central location provides easy access to Georgia Southern University, the football stadium, the hospital, restaurants, shopping, and downtown Statesboro.



Guests will also have access to the home's large garage for convenient covered parking.

No unauthorized parties or events.



No smoking.



City quiet hours must be observed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to an appropriate level, particularly during designated quiet hours.



Guest identification is required. The primary guest must complete our check-in form and provide the requested valid identification prior to arrival. Guests who do not complete the required check-in form and provide identification will not receive property access information.



The home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. The third bedroom contains both the full bed and the twin trundle daybed.
