„Very clean and better than expected.“

„Good and comfortable“

„I booked this through expedia and paid upfront for non refundable fees. Once i reached the location the manager there said they did not receive any booking and they dont have any information. There were no rooms available around so I had to pay him in cash again for the room for which he overcharged for a disgusting small room where you can barely walk. Expedia did not even respond during that time when i tried their support option. I would never advise this hotel. “

„The pictures on the Website give a wrong impression of the standard of the rooms. My room had no outside windows at all (just one small sliding window viewing the public staircase). I had no shower curtain. The bathroom was not really well maintained with the toilet cover coming off. No toilet paper ... luckily I had brought my own. The restaurant shown does not belong to the Hotel, it is in the same building though. At least the AC was working satisfactorily. Bed was comfortable.“

„Die Umgebung war nicht so toll, aber das Hotel was sehr gut. Ich vergebe nur 4 Sterne, weil für 5 schon noch etwas mehr dazu gehört. “

„The breakfast quality was fairly good however the sitting area was a party hall with tables arranged too close to each other. The double king bedroom that we booked was not given to us and instead a single king bed room was provided with extra mattress on the floor which was not at all nice. They didn’t even give extra blanket even after calling. Didn’t have tea/ coffee service at 6:30 AM and told it would start at 7:30 AM. The room provided was quite nice and clean however not what we booked. ...

„Good place to stay all are excellent“

„Worst service. “

„Room and location are 5 star. Geyser and food (in quantity) are something lacking. Water doesn't get hot. Food quantity small compared to other hotels. “
