"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The owners were attentive to our needs. We loved the quietness and relaxation of fishing, kayaking and seeing the beauty. I think it would be a good idea to have certain instructions in the cottage. The instructions could include WiFi passwords, door code and/or how the owners would like the place to be left. I have seen this at other properties and it worked well."

"Cozy Cottage truly lives up to it's name. Located on a peaceful 28 acre lake with a private backyard and covered dock. We started our mornings on the lake shore in comfy lounge chairs under a large umbrella, fished from the dock durng the day and enjoyed the beautiful stars at night. The cottage was comfy (3 adults and 1 dog) and had everything we needed and more in the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed all the extra amenities provided throughout the cottage and property. "House had plenty of seating! The host left us body wash, shampoo, conditioner and sunscreen! Also, had coffee and sugar along with plenty of of other basics to help us enjoy our stay. The neighbors are all friendly. We enjoyed walking around. The dock was perfect to secure the jet ski. Boat ramp was easy to find and use!"

"Such a great stay! Location was easy to get to and from campus, downtown, and midtown. Plenty of parking. The cottage was a gem, we felt right at home! It was very accommodating with amenities. Would definitely return with friends and family."

"The property was very nice! We loved the outdoor area and the actual unit was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Loved the location as well. We had a friend’s wedding at La Venture Grove, which is just a few minutes away, so this was the perfect spot. We also went to check out St. Augustine for the day, which was close by and had tons of shops and restaurants. Very cool. We’d stay here again!"

"Just like the property said. Very nice location as we were there for NHRA racing. Easy check in/out, very clean house. Lisa and pups were very friendly and enjoyed the time that we had to visit a little. More enjoyable than a hotel, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone traveling in that area."

"I would 1st like to thank the host for the quick response for my request to adding additional day to my reservation, all the communications where quick & on point. The Lake House itself was comfortable and felt like home. We were able to enjoy the local area attractions and restaurants, including The Blue Crab Festival in Palakta Fl. I would recommend booking this cabin and why even look at hotels when you can relax with such a beautiful home. Thank you for sharing yor home"

"Just the most beautiful tranquil setting. Very peaceful and a great place to reunite with our children at UF. The only thing I'd recommend is to bring some disposable foil trays to use in oven if you plan on baking. Otherwise an amazing view to wake up to each day."
