„Our families had a great time at the lake house! The dock boat and sandbar were amazing and the neighbors were very kind. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating! Thank you! The only room for improvement I would suggest is to place an AC unit upstairs as it was a bit hot. That’s it! Thanks again!“

„This is our second time staying here and we love it!“

„We stayed at this property for my husband's graduation from SUNY Canton. Canton is an easy 20-30 minute ride. The house is extremely clean and well-kept. The outside needed a little cleaning up, but we figured since it's May, there probably hasn't been a spring clean-up done. We were still able to sit outside and barbeque, and it did not have any effect on our good time. „The only real things I didn't like about the property was the floors upon check-in were dirty, not dusty. After my 1st shower while my feet were drying they turned black from walking around. Also some dirty dishes and mice poo in the cupboard. Beyond that this place was amazingly quiet and peaceful. Comfy as well. On the clear nights you had full view of the stars. „I’m trying to find the right words but all I can think of was a perfect Adirondack experience with our family. I brought a 16’ motorboat which enhanced the value by being able to explore Cranberry lake and it’s breathtaking. Rich was so nice to deal with and actually reached out a month in advance to answer any questions for our upcoming trip which I thought was really helpful. My teenage girls absolutely loved our trip, Especially catching fish right off the dock….This place is a gem. 10/10“

„This was a perfect place for us to stay in order to be near our camping family! It was comfortable with all the amenities we needed as the grandparents of the family! John was a great host who had very detailed information available to make everything go smoothly! The area where the RV is located is quiet and very pretty!“
