„Last minute trip to get away for some weekend fun. Weather was cold and rainy, and I spent an evening in the hospital after getting knocked out whitewater rafting. Not my idea of fun. However, the cabin, ambience, hospitality, and friendly community made this one of my favorites of all time. My bird dogs also had the time of their lives!!!“

„We liked the property. Perfect for our needs. Small. Cozy. Convenient to our destinations. Well equipped. It was unfortunate we didn’t have better weather to enjoy the hot tub and the beautiful outdoors. I would suggest that you could find a curtain or covering of some type to put over that small square window in the bedroom. The other guests left their outdoor light on all night and it was quite bright in our bedroom.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends. Thank you. “

„This cabin was just as advertised, and perfect for our family. We were looking for some winter isolation, and found it at the Outpost. The fireplace was great, the arrangement was perfect for family games in front of the fire or at the table, the kitchen had what we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The owners were very responsive to a few questions we had, and we enjoyed saying hello to their two very friendly dogs who stopped by. We would stay there again, summer or winter.“

„We look for unique places to stay and this was unique staying in a near 150 year old school house. The building is a 2 story and bedrooms are upstairs. There is a 1/2 bath down and full bath up. Chet the owner met us at the car upon arrival and explained things. He is friendly and helpful. The exterior and interior are both in good condition. The LR ceiling has not been drywalled like the remainder of the unit but there is a sign stating that renovations are in progress. I gave a 5 star review ...

„We stayed at the cabin for a weekend getaway. The house was very clean and organized. The mattress was comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking so I’m not sure how the kitchen was stocked. The hot tub appears to be well maintained and worked fine. Overall recommend!“

„We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage! The home was well kept and clean. We utilized the spacious kitchen for cooking meals and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was the highlight! It was in good working order and hot when we arrived. The host even topped off the water for us during our stay upon our request! The cottage was conveniently located to Ohiopyle and the towns close by. We also loved that it was dog friendly and would definitely recommend!“

„The only complaint is that the jets in the right side of the hot tub didn’t work. Otherwise everything was clean, easy and overall a great stay! Would use again! “

„Had a great stay. Neat little areas with history , shopping, and plenty to eat. Love eating in the attached restaurant and not having to leave the property. So much to do close. Love the winery and Christmas shop up the road. Also ate Sunday brunch at Braddock and was awesome. Everything was there for a perfect stay. Easy in and out. Loved the jacuzzi tub . „Overall, a very nice place to stay. The bed was a bit low and uncomfortable. And the coffee maker wouldn't work But now I'm just being nit-picky.“

„This is the cutest property, and the location is perfect! It’s right between a winery and a distillery. There are also food choices within walking distance. The hot tub and fire pit are icing on the cake. (The chairs by the fire pit need to be cleaned, but it’s a small detail that’s easily fixed). We will definitely be back!!!“

„My family loved the history and charm of Victorian Orchard. We we so pleasantly surprised that the house was decorated for the holidays complete with a decorated tree and Christmas music playing! We even had a white Christmas as it snowed the first few days we were there. We had plenty of room for all the family who planned to stay. We hiked, visited Ft. Necessity and Braddocks grave, Kentuck Knob, Cucumber Falls and other beautiful vistas in Ohiopyle. Was a perfect Christmas! “

„My husband's family is from Monogahela and we had an 85th birthday celebration for my mother-in-law. It was a wonderful home to stay in. Very clean and loved the decorations. The house is huge! Andres was so nice to work with. Very prompt with any questions. Only stayed one night. Would have been happy to stay a week. Thank you for sharing your home!“
