„The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. „Das Zimmer hat gerochen. Zudem hat der Zimmerservice vergessen das Zimmer nach der Reinigung anzuschließen. Das Zimmer war den ganzen Tag offen. Jeder konnte das Zimmer betreten. Zum Glück wurde nichts gestohlen. Wir haben es dem Manager gesagt. Er hat sich dafür entschuldigt. Sonst aber auch nichts.“
