Welcome to Sage & Cedar, your ultimate high-tech, high-comfort basecamp nestled in the hills of Slade. This three-story A-frame has been meticulously designed to serve as a rejuvenating retreat for hikers, climbers, and remote workers alike.

Upper Loft: The Master Escape

•Retreat to the top floor for a peaceful night's sleep in a King-sized bed. This level features its own private balcony overlooking the forest, perfect for morning coffee.

•Amenities: Smart TV, sound machine, bedside lamps, and a ceiling fan.

Main Level: The Hub

The heart of the home combines modern utility with cozy cabin vibes.

•The Kitchen: Fully stocked for any meal with an oven, fridge, microwave, blender, and hand mixer. Enjoy the fold-down "Murphy style" dining table that maximizes space.

•Refreshments: Dedicated coffee station plus tea, hot chocolate, and a popcorn for movie nights.

•The Workspace: A pro-grade station where you can plug your laptop into a monitor, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and printer. Combined with fast fiber WiFi, it’s the perfect spot for digital nomads.

•Bedroom & Bath: A comfortable Queen bedroom with a lamp and fan. The main floor bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and hair dryer.

•Laundry: Tucked away in a closet is a brand-new, large, high-efficiency washer and dryer.

•Private Balcony: Outdoor furniture seating 4 people with a table and rope lights for some evening relaxing.

Mid-Level: The Gathering Space

•Just a few steps down from the main floor is a cozy living room designed for "après-hike" relaxation.

•Entertainment: Electric fireplace, large Smart TV, and a collection of board games.

•Luxury Touch: A towel warmer is located here so your towels are toasty and ready for the hot tub.

Lower Level: The Family Suite

The bottom floor offers plenty of privacy and extra room for larger groups.

•Sleeping & Lounge: Features a Queen bed, a large sectional couch, additional large Smart TV with dvd player (and movies), and pack n’ play.

•Full Bath: A second bathroom with a tub/shower combo, vanity, and essentials like a steamer, iron, and ironing board.

Outdoor Living: Your Private Oasis

The exterior is where Sage & Cedar truly shines, with multiple levels of outdoor space.

•Main Deck: Relax in the 4-person hot tub under glowing bistro lights.

•Dining & Grilling: Use the picnic pavilion with string lights and the charcoal grill for an alfresco dinner.

•Fire Pit: End your night at the private fire pit (please bring your own firewood).

•Balconies: Take in the scenery from private seating off both the second and third stories.

Important Things to Note

•The Driveway: We have a very steep concrete driveway. Don't worry—cars make it totally fine! The secret is to keep your momentum and don't stop in the middle.

•Child Safety: Because of the unique A-frame architecture, some stairs may be dangerous for small children. We have a baby gate installed and have a high chair available, but take a close look at photos to decide if it is safe for your infant/toddler.

•Tech-Friendly: You’ll find abundant charging ports throughout the house for all your devices.
