„400 year old building the room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. The floors and stairs are a bit noisy (creaky) but it’s obviously going to be given the age of the building it’s quite stunning also has a nice courtyard and a safe carpark round the back. Overall fantastic weekend stay wouldn’t mind doing it again “

„The room was very small but okay since we've had the budget room. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was included but served in bed which was slightly inconvenient, also it was a rather small breakfast. The hotel was quiet and pretty from the inside. “

„Really enjoyable stay, staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Outside setting was lovely despite the grey weather, would probably be awesome on a sunny afternoon/evening. Ate in the restaurant and the food was very good and portion sizes huge. Great selection of drinks in the bar. Stayed in a double room with river view on the top floor. Room was very clean, bathroom and shower were great and the bed was super comfy, had a great nights sleep. Overall very enjoyable ...
