„The hotel was good enough for a 2 night stay with my son for the Liverpool parade, It’s cheap and cheerful. Perfect for groups of lads that just want a room to put their heads down after a night out. Luckily my wife wasn’t with us because she would never have stayed in our room. It seriously needs an overhaul, so many jobs look like they’d been started but not finished.“

„We really liked the Spa section of the hotel and were positively surprised by the manifold options of the breakfast menu: I never had seen mango mousse for cereals before liked the many options of beverages (even sparkling water) and a king-size omelette!“

„Helen was incredibly helpful from the very first time we contacted her, and at each communication afterwards. The house had everything we needed for a 2 week stay with 2 teenagers and 2 children. We were in Standish to catch up with family due to a parents terminal illness and this was a fantastic location for us being 5 minutes drive from them. Also close to many places to take the kids. Totally recommend the roller rink in Wigan, Martin Mere, Haigh Hall (just an hours walk along the canal), ...
