„Nice and beautiful house. The way that we looked. Montana style. Unfortunately the kitchen was dirty and for me this area and bathrooms are the most importantly rooms to be cleaned. The coffee machine was disgusted. Bathroom was ok, just the mirror and tub was dirty. There was garbage left outside around the fire place and food on the chair outside ( sun rom area). To us the mattress are too soft and we didn’t sleep well till last night when we try the other bedroom which has a better mattress. ...

„one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.“

„We spent a great week at the house with our 2 dogs. We loved the deck and yard, local hiking and lakes, easy access to a good grocery store and the very comfortable house. Best was the quiet which we really needed. This was the first house of many we’ve rented that had really comfortable beds. It was clear that the bedding, towels, appliances and kitchen utensils were very good quality and we really appreciated that attention to detail. We didn’t eat out as we didn’t want to leave the dogs but ...

„Very cozy log cabin in a beautiful area of NY. We had a great time relaxing and visiting The Baseball Hall of fame in Cooperstown. Peter was great at communicating with us. My only suggestion would be to grocery shop before you get there. There are some well equipped gas stations that carry food about 10 minutes away but the closest grocery store is 25-30 minutes. If we are ever in the area, we would love to stay here again! “

The lake itself is pretty muggy so swimming, at least in this section of it, is not happening. However, the view and ambiance of the area is great. The neighbors to the right are pretty close, and it seems most houses in this area are rentals so Saturday night got pretty loud around us. The room had a good size but is a little aged and average clean (dust on several surface). especially the bathroom was quite big but almost without options to hang up towels or place things.
