„I would not go back to this hotel again. It is located on a truly good location, but, management has no idea how to take care of the the hotel guests. Room we stayed was so small, Bathroom door was not even closing, no bathroom towels other than just two small hand towels. I asked for towels not only to the receptionist, but, to the Manager as well, no awail.“

The photos didn’t fully match the actual place, and some amenities need improvement—like the bedding, missing microwave, faulty kettle, and washing machine. „No direct entrance to the hotel. We had to walk through the restaurant with all smokers around. The breakfast was horrible. Room service closed after midnight. One small pillow per bed. I had to buy extra one the whole place is full of heavy smokers and waterpipe lovers. Several good things about this hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Close to the forum mall , airport, and central market.“
