„Excellent hotel with a great location. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the wellness area was a great place to unwind. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Their warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even more enjoyable, and we really appreciated how attentive they were throughout our visit. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again.“

„The night-shift receptionist was extremely rude and strange. I came to the hotel to check in and said hi, but he didn't even look at me. After 1-2 minutes, he turned to me and asked what I wanted in a very rude way. What do you think I want? I have my luggage with me and am waiting for you to check me in. The room wasn't very clean, but it was okay. Breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. The room was very old, but the cleaning staff was nice though. “

„Gute Lage, Sonst Okay. Keine 5 Sterne wert.“

„A good located hotel in SJJ CityCentre, which was easy to reach by public transportation. The room was quite good & really calm. It were not possible to pay by card, even it is written down on the hotels website - so pay before you go or handle the payment in cash.“
