„I misread the directions and ended up at the wrong door but a helpful man on the phone put me right straightaway. The room itself was great - clean and well-kept, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, good shower and the complimentary breakfast cereal and snacks were a nice touch. I had a very comfortable stay and will choose Winckley again.“

„Positiv: Sehr netter Service, ruhiges Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, ein toller Pub in der Nähe (Lands End), günstiger Preis Negativ: Schloss im Bad defekt, Handtücher die nicht trocknen, Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr niedrig“

„Unfortunately another resident was up all night shouting and banging. We finally managed to sleep around 4am. From the advertisement we thought it was the entire apartment but it was a very small room. “

„Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!“

„The staff, the manager, did their best, but the building is not sound proofed, every movement is noticed which is unacceptable.“

„Excellent apartment, very high spec and great location with very good hosts. Bonus of parking included. Highly recommend.“

„Exceptional property. The photos look good but don't do it justice. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds & pillows, soft fluffy towels. Well equipped kitchen lacking nothing. Often 6 berth properties have 6 of everything, for example here there were 12 mugs so not constantly washing up. Cafetiere and tea pots in two sizes. Little extras like sewing kit, tool kit and first aid kit appreciated. “

„Lovely host great service clean spacious peaceful friendly would deffo come again“

„The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue.
