Our beautifully appointed condo features some of the highest-quality furniture and finishes available on the island. With an open floor plan and the largest square footage of any one-bedroom, one-bath unit in the community, you’ll enjoy both comfort and space throughout your stay.

Even more unique, this is the only east-facing one-bedroom unit—allowing you to relax on your private balcony in cool, comfortable shade all day long. Prefer to be out and about? Take a dip in one of the three stunning community pools, enjoy a game of tennis, or stroll just two minutes to Bolongo Bay Beach for swimming, snorkeling, or simply soaking in the view.

Kitchen

Step into your fully renovated kitchen, thoughtfully designed for a seamless experience. It features a beautiful handmade solid-surface countertop with a custom tile backsplash, along with everything you need for cooking and baking.

You’ll find a full suite of appliances and essentials, including an over-the-range microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, stainless steel cookware, Corelle dishware, and plenty of utensils—everything you need to feel right at home.

Bedroom

Unwind in a serene bedroom featuring a king-size Dr. Oz memory foam mattress, premium linens, and plush pillows for a restful night’s sleep. The room also includes a large Roku smart TV, blackout blinds, ceiling fan, pedestal fan, generous closet space, and matching nightstands with built-in USB charging ports.

Living Area

The spacious living room is designed for both comfort and style. Relax on the high-end king-size Luonto sleeper sofa or enjoy the ocean view from the matching Luonto swivel recliner.

Additional sleeping space includes a Twin XL daybed with a Dr. Oz memory foam mattress. A 65” smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a newly upgraded central A/C system ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay. A high-capacity washer and dryer, along with keyless entry, add extra convenience.

Bathroom

The bathroom has been newly renovated and is stocked with ample bath towels, as well as beach towels for your trips to the pool or ocean.

About the Area

Sea Cliff is within walking distance of Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, where you can swim, snorkel, or relax by the water. You can also book a sailing trip on the Heavenly Days Catamaran and enjoy live nightly entertainment.

You’ll also love having three great restaurants just a short walk away: Iggies Beach Bar & Grill, The Oasis Restaurant, and Mim’s Seaside Bistro—famous for its coconut curry lobster and fresh seafood dishes.

Only about 10 minutes away is Red Hook, the vibrant hub of the East End. There you’ll find a marina, fishing and boating excursions, ferries to St. John and the British Virgin Islands, shops, restaurants, bars, and more. It’s the perfect place to explore, dine, and experience island life.
