  • Brand new pool system with option to heat pool. Pool heat is $40/day. Set in the Quiet St Simons Heights neighborhood you can golf cart, bike or scooter to the pier or beach in minutes. East Beach is located 1.1 miles from the property. A unique setup with both a main house and guest house in one package perfect for spreading out a larger group. When you are not at the beach or the pier or restaurants there is plenty to do here. The front yard has a high quality 4 hole putting green to warm up on before your tee time. There is a fenced in dedicated cornhole area. Swimming pool for kids or cocktails. There are numerous outdoor lounging areas with umbrellas and an outdoor dining area complete with Kamano grill/smoker for the chef in the group to show off with. The main house has a large living room complete with big screen TV. Also in the living room is a high top with four stools for games or hot wings on game day. There is a small library for those that forgot to bring a book and a selection of games to play as well.

    The Guest house has an Xbox 360 for the kids with a variety of games. There is both a living room and bedroom in the guest house with a bathroom and shower area separating them.

    The backyard is lighted with warm light for when the evening outdoors lasts longer than the day.

    There is a shop next door that is only accessible to the property owner.

Beautiful house and landscaping. Everything was great, the check in and communication was great. The location is perfect, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Such a pet friendly environment. Dog dishes to even a crate for them. Pool was another great feature!

The house was even nicer in-person than the pictures would indicate. Beds were extremely comfortable. Pool was fantastic. Hot spots like Southern Soul BBQ and Dulce Dough are both within walking distance, and just about everything else on the island (pier shops, beach, restaurants, etc.) is less than a 10-minute drive in any direction. Highly-recommended.

So many activities at this property you don’t have go anywhere!!! Check in/out was easy. Fully stocked kitchen with every appliance you can think of! Board games, books and golf! We will be returning to this location. Plus dog friendly! Hosts were very easy to work with . We totally enjoyed our getaway!

The property is an older ranch style home with an add on with a restroom and great room. The house was well equipped with supplies, and the kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking supplies. The outside could use some tender loving care, the screen in porch was not useable or front porch without some heavy cleaning of the furniture and sitting areas. The pool area pavers require some work with leveling. We enjoyed our stay and would book it again; it is close to the grocery store and restaurants.

Very nice stay. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable trip. The tiny house gives you some extra private space away from the main house. The yard is an excellent and very large space.

AMAZING place! Relaxing and so close to everything! We were able to bring our golf cart and park our trailer there with no issues! I even forgot my Apple Watch an hour and a half into our trip home and Sarah already shipped it to me before we made it home!!! I recommend this property to anyone!

Our vacation was perfect. The home was exactly like we expected. It was very clean and we had every thing we needed. The back yard was beautiful and where we spent most of our time. This was our second stay and we returned because it was complete as advertised...activities on property, near restaurants and other points of interest...the home is well appointed and the only thing I would suggest is a dark blind on the porch door in the master and the kitchen could use seafood forks, steak knives and components for easily eating lobster and crab...we do love this place and Saint Simon Island.

A nice getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at “Off Broadway”. The house is in the perfect location with everything you need to relax away from home. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The tiny house was great for my son, his girlfriend and their new baby to have their own space while still being on vacation with me, my husband, our daughter and her boyfriend. It is just a short drive to the beach as well as the restaurants. It was the perfect spot for our vacation!

Great stay

The location was super! Communication with owner was great. The supplies were plentiful in the kitchen and bathrooms. Backyard is spacious. The little house needs new air conditioner unit as it was a bit too warm to sleep comfortably. We had a fabulous stay.

Eclectic and charming vacation home

This space is perfect for families or groups that love to stretch out. The yard is spacious, the home has a fully stocked kitchen and there is plenty to do here to enjoy downtime from exploring the island. Sarah was very communicative and quick to respond. Rick and Sarah are great hosts, I highly recommend this space.
