Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). Spring break groups and events such as weddings, receptions, etc. are not permitted.

Spanning over 2,150 square feet, this single-level home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, accommodating up to seven guests. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the two guest bedrooms offer a queen-sized bed and a queen-sized bed with a bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests. With two full bathrooms, everyone will have ample space to unwind after a day of exploring.

The Coastal Village Retreat is designed for both comfort and entertainment. Enjoy the serene garden view from the private yard, where you can gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. The outdoor space also includes a patio with seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening barbecues.

Inside, the home features a spacious living area equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment needs. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances, a dining area, and all the essentials, including a coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Whether you're preparing a family meal or a quick snack, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips.

Reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day may request (in advance) a complimentary punch pass to access the Neptune Park Fun Zone located in the Pier Village. This Punch Pass (up to 10 punches, 1 punch per person) will give guests access to the community waterfront pool and/or miniature golf.
