To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere of Kingstowne North for all residents and guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following community rules:
• Minimum rental period is 7 days.
• Parking is limited to no more than two (2) vehicles per unit.
• Please park only in the spaces designated for your unit. Usage of other owners' parking spaces is strictly prohibited.
• Please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of your neighbors, especially during evening and overnight hours.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain the welcoming environment that makes this community so special.

Additional Information
A $50 non-refundable damage fee is due at the time of booking.
A $100 non-refundable reservation fee applies to all reservations and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
