The owner did also offer for us to leave during Christmas/New Years when nothing else was available- so that was an empty offer in my opinion. She was also confrontational and accused me of taking the smoke alarm. This property needs some attention and the owner should let her son take over customer service. He was friendly and attentive. We have stayed at many similarly priced rentals in the area and this might be the worst. But it was clean so it gets two stars.
