This was the biggest disappointment. New building yes, but everything about it was difficult and the furthest from inviting. It started from the moment I tried to cancel my reservation and was not successful. My mom lives there and has the flu so I was requesting to candle days in advance which was disappointing. The check in is on the 3rd floor with no directions on how to find the lobby ON THE 3rd floor!! The parking garage by the pool was impossible to get in and out of, nothing in the room to give any tourists information, not one piece of anything including decor or even the smallest of having a hair dryer!! Again, it’s a new build and smells new but nothing welcoming or inviting. No information on the area for activities or dining. Nothing! I was lost the entire time and had to spend MORE MONEY then I already had on the room to buy things to make my visit more comfortable. I’m not one to complain at all and very appreciative of all things, but this was a disappointment and a waste of $500! Will not be back to this location and would appreciate a refund.
