Diese erstaunliche 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung verfügt über einen offenen und geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete und wunderschön aktualisierte Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten, ein hübsches Dekor mit geschmackvollen Farben, Fliesen- und Holzböden sowie einen schönen Balkon des Wohnzimmers. Jede Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone, einen davon im Hauptschlafzimmer und der andere mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko! Diese Lage ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub, da sich auf der Vorderseite des Grundstücks ein Park und auf der Rückseite ein Pool und der Strand befinden! Einheit Nr. 2 ist 1 Treppe hoch und an der Nordecke. Komm und spiel heute an unseren Stränden !! BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Dies ist ein Nichtraucherhotel. Jede Wohnung verfügt über ein komfortables Strand-Dekor, eine individuelle Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, Parkplätze auf dem Gelände und für jeweils bis zu 5 Personen. Vor Ort gibt es einen beheizten, privaten Pool, direkten Zugang zum Strand, einen Spielplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite für Kinder, Holzkohlegrill und einen Patio-Bereich für abendliche Kneipen. John \ 's Pass Village befindet sich etwa 8 km in Richtung Süden, wo sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Wasseraktivitäten und Unterhaltungsangebote für alle befinden. Lust auf einige Achterbahnen in der Stadt zu fahren? Busch Gardens in Tampa ist etwa eine Autostunde entfernt oder die Disney Parks und alle anderen Attraktionen von Orlando erreichen Sie in nur 2 Stunden. Great rental, nice beachfront condo with great view!

Other than having to go down to St. Pete's beach for the keys, we were very happy with the condo. A lockbox at the unit would be great. It was out of our way to have to drive south to drop off the keys and go back north to St. Pete's airport. It adds about 20 unnecessary minutes to our trip. The condo was clean and very comfortable.

We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Also the fact that there’s only 4 total condos in the building. However the pool was dirty and the jets didn’t work. We liked the fact that we had 2 balconies but if the people above us dropped anything or were drying their bathing suits on the beach facing balcony the water/dirt would drip onto you and/your table.

Nice getaway

Nice, roomy unit and large countertop area. Pots and pans were sufficient but you need to bring your own sugar, salt & pepper. No inventory of that kind was available as I have had in other rentals. Pool was dirty - needed to be vacuumed badly. No one came in the four days we were there. I will agree with the other reviews that having to drive 20+ minutes out of the way to retrieve the keys and return them was an unnecessary inconvenience for 2023....time to update to a keypad already. Great access to the beach and nice view from the deck. Small playground available within walking distance.

Nice Location, Needs Some Work

This is an older property that needs some TLC. The back railing was so loose I would not let my children on that balcony. The patio furniture was stained with mildew. The door lockset was loose and needed to be tightened. Check-in and check-out is not at all convenient. You must drive 20 minutes to the property manager’s office to pick up and drop off keys. Upgrading to a digital lock would drastically improve the process. The location is nice and my children enjoyed the beach and nearby park.

MOLDY AND DIRTY

If you do not want to have a bad vacation, stay somewhere else. This place is dirty, moldy and wore out. We checked in at night and when we arrive the place was dirty with blood stained bedding. Called the management company, they sent cleaners our but would not replace the bedding. The next day we noticed black mold coming out of the vents. The management company and the owner of this condo does not care about renters, only the money. We tried to work with them but no action on their end. We ended up checking out after the second night and going to another place. They refund zero of the 4 night rent money. I have stayed in many vrbos across the county and this place is by far the worst.

Great location but no private view of beach

Pros: good location, 3 beds, washer dryer & clean. Great communication by rental company. Nice size kitchen. Comfy furniture. Cons: scratchy sheets, no privacy for beach view. You and your neighbor will share same balcony. When you want to drink coffee in peace you will see and hear your neighbor. Only 1 tv for your condo. Check in and check out inconvenient. Also the fridge & freezer does not cool down for 2 days… so all ice cream will melt & some of your food will go bad. No extra blankets or pillows.

We enjoyed the inside as well as the balcony space.The only thing that was a little lack luster was the shower to rinse off from the beach. it didn't function very well, though there was a hose as well. A good working pull string shower head is a must have as you leave the beach to come inside.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, although the SAND was tracked into the condo, from the outside deck. there was so much sand on the floor we couldn't get rid of it. we used the hose and cleared moat of the sand out by the shower, however, it did no good, i tried to hose off the steps, hose was too short.sand was back within hours. i even rinsed the rug out by the steps, did no good, made the floors in the condo slippery, sand every where . some is to be expected. the only other thing was, there was no bath soap which i didn't bring, i asked the house keeper she gave us one tiny bar. other than that- It was great!

Fans were little noisy but workable. There did not seem to be anyone in unit above us but we heard heavy foot steps late at night. We were thinking maybe there was a ghost walker?? However, would go back in a minute. The location was Excellent and the pool was warm and very nice. Would be good to have some beach chairs to take to the beach and a TV in the bed rooms. My husband and I got the twin beds which were ok. Recommend putting in a Queen or King bed. These are just minor issues as we absolutely loved the place and hope to return next year.

The inground pool is a nice diversion from the Gulf. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay but we did notice, as did the other guests, there that the property is beginning to look a little run down. It was not as clean as it was in the past and the furnishings were starting to look a little worn.. Especially the kitchen. While everything we needed was there the décor needs a facelift. There were no problem with the rental company and I feel they were welcoming. Since we love Redington Shores so much we would definatley come again.

favorite vacation spot!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time at Sunset Villas and we loved it so much we stayed for 2 wonderful weeks!!! Friends and family saw it and liked it so much they all want in on our vacation next year!

Oh...we are coming back here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved every bit of our vacation on the gulf coast. We had great walks along the beach and to local stores for ice cream, pizza or dinner. We ate our pizza on the deck with one of our sunsets..,.what a perfect evening. Having two bathrooms was great. Laundry on site was helpful. The kitchen set up was also great. We spent most of our time on the deck, listening to the waves and sea gulls, having a drink and good conversation.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and her sister and I spent two weeks starting Feb 15th of this year and had a great time mostly due to living quarters at sunset villas the location makes the trip all worth while.Thank you resort rentals for making this trip a success

Great Beach Vacation

The beach was very nice, the pool was great for our two little kids and we enjoyed eating on the nice balcony and watching the sunset every night. We'd definitely go back to Sunset Villas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location and has great views with easy access to the beach. The unit was very clean and well equipped. While the unit was clean, I never saw anyone attend to the pool during our stay and it needed a good cleaning. The pool deck area also needed to be cleaned up as the occupants from the previous week left a large amount of beach toys scattered around the pool. We also had 3 different mainteance/contract workers show up to do work. 2 of the 3 were unannounced and didn't really seem to care that we were on vacation. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our ninth year at this property. Our family takes 2 units and it is perfect for us. The owners update and renovate frequently but it still retains it's "beachy" feel. The property management company is very good.
