Enjoy beautiful beach sunsets from your own private balcony in this absolutely stunning, like new beach condo! This corner unit has been completely renovated. This condo is in a residential area of the beach, within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars in town. The building has a beautiful beachfront gated heated pool and jacuzzi along with rest rooms. Ocean or intracoastal water views from every room. This gorgeous unit is fully furnished with beautiful coastal living designs and steps from the beautiful beach. My family had a wonderful time at Redington Beach. The condo was absolutely lovely—beautifully clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including ample beach and pool items. Its location was ideal, just steps from the pool and beach and within easy reach of many great restaurants. The owner was extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. When my son accidentally left behind his favorite blanket, the owner was incredibly understanding and generous in arranging to have it shipped back to us. We are truly grateful for such kindness and look forward to returning to Redington Beach in the future.

The condo was excellent,very clean. The pool, hot tub, and beach was great, right downstairs. Everything we needed for the beach was there, even fishing rods, which we used and caught a lot of fish.Chad was great to work with, no problems at all. Our flight came in early so he even left us check in early. Really couldn’t have ask for a better place. We had a great vacation! We will definitely come back next year!

Perfect condo with ocean view

I was very pleased with this condo. The kitchen has ample space with everything you need! Both the primary and guest bedrooms had plenty of space and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were very clean with provided toiletries and plenty of towels. We were surprised cable tv was provided as we are used to streaming services only. We had a beautiful balcony with an ocean view to enjoy our morning coffee each day. Just a short elevator ride down to both the pool as well as the beach. Our host provides beach chairs, umbrella, towels and many other beach/pool amenities. If you enjoy birds there is a bird sanctuary located next door. The condo is conveniently located with various good restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Chad was very helpful with any of our questions.

Perfect Relaxing Stay

We had a great stay! Location is more “residential” which we loved, but still close enough to everything we needed.Condo unit was lovely. Bed was very comfortable and lots of towels provided. Great Escape

Wonderful stay in Redington Shores

This property was perfect for our vacation. Only a few short steps out of the back of building to a nicely maintained relaxing pool area and a few more steps and you’re on the gorgeous white sand private beach. The owner is extremely communicative, extremely responsive to questions and very knowledgeable. It was extremely pleasurable to deal with Chad. His condo is beautifully maintained and looks just like the photos. His unit included all the basic necessities that you would need for your beach vacation. The condo is also centrally located right between Clearwater and St Pete Beach, and we easily got to all the places we wanted to visit. Extremely satisfied that we picked this condo as our vacation destination.

Lovely Condo, Lovely Time

Our family had an incredible stay at this lovely condo. The location couldn't be better, with easy and safe access to a nicely sized pool, hot tub, and the best part - the beach. The beach was a true joy, never overly crowded, allowing us to relax and soak up the sun without any hassle. The condo itself was a delight. Recently updated, it features a gorgeous kitchen that we thoroughly enjoyed cooking in, especially with the added bonus of an air fryer! The beds were incredibly comfy, and the entire space was bright, clean, and inviting. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge convenience, allowing us to keep up with laundry during our stay. One of the highlights was the neighboring bird sanctuary. It was free to visit, and we had a blast exploring and observing the bird wildlife right from the condo. The sanctuary being next door was an amazing perk. Chad, the owner, was a gem. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, making us feel welcome and taken care of. A couple of tips for future guests: consider bringing sleep masks if you prefer a darker room for sleeping, as the primary room is filled with beautiful sunlight. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, ear plugs and a white noise machine can help with street traffic noise. However, these minor adjustments are easy to manage and did not detract from our experience. Overall, we can’t think of a single negative thing to say about this condo. I wish I was on the balcony sipping my coffee now!

I can't say enough about our 1 week vacation. Chad's communication and organization were outstanding! His condo is just as pictured - state of the art and clean. The pool area is spacious and the beach is nice. The location is convenient. There are a few walkable restaurants/bars and a very short drive to many others. I plan to return!

Beautiful unit, near everything, VERY responsive and hospitable host

We had a very relaxing beach vacation. We especially loved the proximity to the beach, the pool and hot tub, bird sanctuary next door, and coffees on the porch. Cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen was a breeze, plenty of TV’s if you like to stream videos, beach towels, chairs, and sand toys were very nice to have available. Laundry was also very nice to have in the unit as well. We walked to Indian Shores coffee in the morning and it was a delight. The host, Chad, was remarkably communicative and accommodating. An absolute 10/10. We would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend this VRBO. This was a very nice place for families.

Really nice condo with a balcony that allows for early morning to late afternoon direct sunlight. Master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed and nice shower. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and pans. Really enjoyed this place and look forward to coming back for longer than 10 days next time!

We spent a week at this beautiful, clean, well appointed Condo visiting colleges and and near by friends while one kid a camp at IMG Academy. The condo Is just steps from the beach and a pool and within Walking distance to several restaurants and activities. It was centrally located for visiting Downtown Tampa, St. Pete, Gulf Port and Bradenton. We had a fabulous stay here and did not want to leave!

Beautiful condo!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! The location is perfect and the unit is beautiful and well taken care of. The condo was stocked with all the things - beach chairs, umbrella, pots and pans, paper towels, spices, coffee filters, shampoo etc. We felt so comfortable and relaxed and didn’t have to make any last minute trips to the store for supplies. The pool doesn’t get too crowded, and we loved the option to sit in the shade at the pool. Communication with the owner Chad was great, even though we didn’t end up needing anything from him during our trip. We will absolutely plan to stay in this condo again in the future!!
