Willkommen in der Shell Suite! Kürzlich renoviert, mit Smart-TVs in jedem Zimmer und kostenlosem Highspeed-Internet, verfügt diese Suite über 2 Queensize-Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die mit Vorräten bestückt ist Trockner. Ein großer Balkon bietet einen direkten Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko und den Pool- und Whirlpoolbereich. Die Shell Suite verfügt über eine Außentreppe mit direktem Zugang zum Poolbereich, die über den Whirlpool direkt zum Strand führt.
Ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort, einschließlich einer Garage. Das Salt Rock Grill liegt gegenüber dem besten Restaurant der Stadt. Nur wenige Schritte vom Indian Shores Coffee Shop und der Quintessential Dive Bar Mahuffer's entfernt, gibt es während der Saison auch einen Sonntagsmarkt, direkt gegenüber der Town Hall. Das Rathaus bietet außerdem kostenlose Tennisplätze, einen Kinderpark am Wasser und eine Bibliothek, die buchstäblich auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt!
Ich persönlich bin stolz darauf, Ihnen einen Mietwagen anbieten zu können, der den WEG über unsere Konkurrenz hinaus säubert. Ich habe gelernt, dass Bettüberwürfe nur zweimal im Jahr gewaschen werden müssen. Bist du gerade von deinem Stuhl gefallen? Das größte, was ich je gehört habe. Wir waschen uns jedes Mal. JEDES MAL. Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll, allerdings dennoch ein paar Abzüge. Fenster müssten dringend mal geputzt werden, oberflächlich war alles sauber. Das Sofa muss dringend ersetzt werden, da dieses wirklich extrem durchgesessen ist. Es hieß, die Garage sei über einen Garagenöffner automatisch zu öffnen und diese lägen in der Unterkunft. Allerdings war das Tor kaputt und wie es sich öffnen lies, haben wir nur durch Zufall von anderen Gästen gelernt. Die Ansprechpartnerin hat sich auf meine Nachfrage hin nie gemeldet. Auch hatte ich keine direkten Kontaktdaten, diese musste ich durch Google ausfindig machen. In der Unterkunft gab es keine Info-Mappe mit Kontaktdaten und weiteren Infos. Düsen im Whirlpool konnten nicht aktiviert werden, da der Code nicht bereitgestellt wurde.

Great location!

Best thing about this place is the location! We stayed Easter weekend and the beaches weren’t overcrowded like they were just a few miles down at Clearwater. The condo itself is in need of some tlc. The handle on the door didn’t latch and was loose. Not having any tools, my husband used a butter knife to try to tighten back up and we used the deadbolt to keep it closed which isn’t necessarily a problem unless you’re making multiple trips in and out. The duvet cover was still wet when we got there but at least we knew it was washed. Lol The shower curtain needs to be replaced… It was yellow and nasty on the inside. More washcloths would have been nice too. Walls and baseboards could use a freshly coat of paint… you could see where they did touch ups all over the wall.but it makes it look like there’s stuff all over the walls.

My mom, sister and I came back this year for our annual girls trip. We love the location! Views are breathtaking and access to great restaurants super close. Dockside Dave’s is a fave. We will be back!

The Shell Suite is a fabulous condo right on the beach. Seriously, we could walk out the back door, down the steps, a few steps past the pool and right on to the sandy beach. The location is perfect for a family to enjoy a beach vacation at a beautiful beach. The beach itself is just 20 minutes south of the famous Clearwater beach and just as nice with none of the crowd. And the sunsets are incredible.

Overall it was a good stay. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating in the common areas, and the kitchen was in good working condition. The water in the bathroom sink should be looked at as well as the shock hazard outside by the sliding door. The hanging plug and wires were scary. There was also yellow tape around the side rails of the balcony, didn’t seem safe, but we didn’t plan on hanging off it, so that’s fine. An overhead fan outside with a light would be GREAT. Thanks for the great stay and even with everything mentioned, I’m not opposed staying here again.

Upon arrival, no garage door opener in room. Table leg was broken. Zero to no water preasure on bathroom sink, shower head was terrible, matresses sank in middle, balcony railing was broken and wrapped in caution tape, the new renters paeked in wrong spot and it was impossible to get to our vehicle, son had to climb under their truck to open garage door. Owner was nice, but unit needs work

Family/friends summer vacation

This place was a hidden gem! It was our first time staying here and in the area. It was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed in the shell suite and our friends stayed in the one next door. The water pressure in the bathroom was almost non existent and the pool/hot tub wasn’t working at one point and when we texted the owner, their response was immediate and they sent someone to fix the pool and acknowledged the faucet. It was very clean. The washer and dryer were right outside in the hallway and very convenient. The location couldn’t be beat. We were directly on the beach and the kids had an absolute blast going from beach to pool all day. It was walkable to a coffee shop, restaurants, and a nature walk. Very safe area. Downsides- The patio furniture on our side was meh. There was only one chair for the high top table and a 2 seater tiny couch. There light on the deck was also broken. The pool was quite dirty. We were told the pool company came 2 days per week, but probably could’ve used it more often during peak season or left a pool vacuum of some sort so we could’ve cleaned it ourselves. Even so, we are very excited to book again next year! It was perfect for what we needed and will absolutely be back!

Never Stay Here!

After spending thousands of dollars on this beach/pool/sauna vacation, which we normally do every spring, this location was the most disappointing. The major problem was the sauna and pool not working correctly. With repeated calls to the owner and VRBO, it was never fixed. It has been an ongoing problem after having talked to the pool company. Why advertise having a pool and sauna when it is not working? Why does VRBO allow this owner to post their property for rent with a pool and sauna when it is not usable? We were there for 10 days. After the first day I requested from VRBO, to be moved to another property similar to where we were staying, with a working pool and sauna. This request was denied because we were not in any danger at this location. This property is in need of maintenance. The railing on our balcony was wrapped in caution tape, the lighting on the balcony was pulled out from the wall, laying on the ground and not working. One of the legs on the kitchen table was detached and propped up. There patches in the bathroom walls that need painting. The water from the kitchen and bathroom faucets was a trickle at best.

Beautiful sunsets!

We were at Casa Gia for six weeks. If you are looking for on the Gulf of Mexico,beautiful sunsets, immediate access to the beach , a pool, an outstanding property manager ……this is your place. We loved the very short walk down about 8 steps from our deck and immediately we were on the beach. We loved the beach. It is wide , easy to walk or run on and very easy to navigate on a bike. We also LOVED the restaurant across the street, Salt Rock Grille, and walked over at least twice a week for dinner. Just a few steps the other direction was the Indian Shores Coffee House. It had great coffee, homemade muffins , and breakfast sandwiches. Other restaurants were close by so eating out was very convenient. The unit itself was in need of several updates, painting the entire unit a light color would improve it immensely. The bathroom needed a new faucet and that was taken care of quickly. The table was shaky and only 3 chairs were available. However, there were stools at the counter top. I loved having a Keurig in the unit and the appliances were up to date. The washer & dryer for our unit was in the hallway but was easily accessible and worked very well. Hilda was the property manager and if I could give her 10 stars I would……she was awesome. She came to check on the faucet immediately, helped us with the Smart tv, and called or texted throughout our six week stay to check on us! We loved Indian Shores and so much of that was due to the convenience of our location and Hilda!

Tub has hair buildup and drains VERY slowly. Both hot and cold water in the bathroom sink is BARELY a trickle. I think both these are ongoing problems and an easy fix. Buy a toaster.

Exceptional view

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The view was breathtaking, and the convenience of being so close to the beach…. They had a wonderful deck/Pool and hot tub. The check-in process was a little cumbersome an awkward. I didn’t like the fact that they were still using Keys. That is a safety concern. Also, someone needs to check and organize the kitchen supplies, we did not have a toaster. Overall, it was still an enjoyable stay.

This property is in the most amazing location! We used for a reunion with our Mother and three sisters. We had the best time. Beds are comfortable and the place was clean. When we arrived we were in awe of the view of the pool and beach! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so so much!

Great place!

We had a great time. Short distance to the gulf. Nice pool and hot tub. Great coffee shop across the street and couple of restaurants close by. Lockbox to get keys can be a little tricky. But nothing to keep us from coming back. Condo was fully stocked and very nice. We will be back!!

What a cute, cute place!! Great location, steps from the beach! Our unit was very clean and the pool area is a wonderful place to hang out after a long day on the beach. 10 out of 10 recommend!
