Great spot

Loved the room and location. Front desk rules are a little confusing. I had a friend join us for dinner and she wasn’t allowed to park in the lot. She had to park across the street which was dark and a very busy road when leaving. Not to safe! We watched her from the third floor run across.

Great Place to Stay

The property itself was clean and close to dining and the grocery. The little Tiki Bar at the pool was so nice. The room was also very clean and exactly as described. We were very impressed that it had everything we needed. Beach towels, plenty of bath towels, vacuum, umbrella, chair, pool noodles, pots, dishes, and best of all a fan. We would stay again for sure.

My girlfriends and I had a great time. So convenient to the beach and water. The Tiki bar and pool were fun. . Vicki and Justin were great. The room had a great little kitchen and we put it to use. Also close to so many good restaurants. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful winter getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean well appointed and as described. While this area is still building back from the hurricane-the resort was clean and in full swing. Very low key with all the comforts needed-heated pool/pristine tiki bar with a great owner/staff, the beach just footsteps away and a wonderful view from those Adirondack chairs! Thanks for a great stay!

Great get away and relaxing time

The location was what we needed as a family. Great balcony to relax in. Great beach area to walk in. Great areas close by to go kayaking. The place was well equipped with items for cooking, towels, a small air fryer/oven. Great location also to great restaurants. Would recommend in a heart beat. Look forward to going back.

Disappointed

Dehumidifier in room, extremely loud, had to constantly empty. Smelled in room like a moldy basement. Spots of mold of decorative pillows and behind nightstand. Dirty towel left on kitchen sink. Adjoining door to room next door, not listed in description of room. My daughter and I felt sick with allergies and headaches this stay, went to Walgreens for medication and cleaning products and febreeze and a Scent defuser. Stayed here in July in room 413 and was completely satisfied with everything from the room, staff, tiki bar, pool, beach, etc. scent defuser.

Great location directly on the beach!

My daughter and I stayed for 5 days and it was amazing. Great location directly on the beach. Clean and convenient to lots of resturants, shops, etc. We will most definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice place. Views are great. Place is well equipped. Beach chairs were nice. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, nice chairs on the balcony, parking easy. Sandbar, 30 yards off shore, is loaded with sand dollars, pack goggles. Needs: Bigger coffee starter pack, bigger tub/sink soap. Didn't notice the Alexis until day 3, would have unplugged it. We had a great stay.

Nice place with a fantastic view of the Gulf.

It's a good place to stay. It's pretty small, about the size of a hotel room but it was big enough for the two of us. Had a couple of minor problems like there was a hole in one of the walls, and there was no coffee available like the listing said there would be. Also we had to ask for the beach towels that were supposed to be in the room. The view, the close beach, and the room's quietness made this a great stay, just not quite a 5 star perfect.

This place was great! Better than I expected on a last minute booking for spring break. It was clean, well stocked, and beach access was perfect, and a quiet beach at that. Oh the view!!

For a studio room, the layout is good. They make the best of the space available. The beds were very comfortable. The view was remarkable. Right on the beach, close to the water. The beach itself was not crowded. There were renovations going on but but we weren't disturbed by any noise. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect rental!!

This place lived up to every expectation! Beautiful property, lovely room with an outstanding view, and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had pre and post arrival. Everything was clean, fresh and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. Convenient to grocery shopping, and walking distance to the restaurants/bars. The only suggestions from us would be to provide some good coffee and filters, and the dresser drawers and towels all smelled musty/mildewy. Other than that, perfect stay!! I would definitely book this property again!

Great getaway place

I had a wonderful few days in this condo. The property mgr kept me informed for an earlier check-in, which was appreciated. Had to park across the street because there were only a few spots by the building due to construction. Any noise due to construction was very minimal for me and didn't bother me at all. It was actually nice that there weren't that many people there because the beach was very quiet and enjoyable. The beach chair and boogie board was nice to have when I didn't want to spend so much renting a chair and umbrella, but I did on the last full day. The gentleman on the beach with the rental was very nice (be sure to tip!!) The cleanliness of the place was overall pretty good. It could use a deep cleaning behind/under things and in drawers/cabinets (especially in kitchen). Did see some dust bunnies etc. around. They definitely do need to sweep the balcony before arrival due to all the sand out there. I didn't see a broom in there, so I couldn't sweep any sand that was tracked in the place. I didn't really use the kitchen much, but I did notice that there needs to be a non-stick skillet in there. The one frying pan had so much burned food in it, that it is unusable and pretty gross to look at. The beds were a little hard for me, but were ok for the time I was there. Showers were fine along w/linens. They do need to give a brand new sponge for each guest that is wrapped for sanitary purposes. Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place!

Awesome place!

Check in was a breeze, not a lot of parking but we made do. Only thing I can say negative is the sheets are hard and scratchy. I got sun burnt and it didn’t feel great on my back. Clean, friendly people, beautiful beaches and they are not packed. Would definitely come back. 5 stars!!

Clean comfortable room and property!

The condo was as advertised and when we arrived everything was clean and in good working condition. We all slept well in the comfortable beds and appreciated the extra blankets and pillows provided. The view of the ocean was amazing and also allows a view of the pool area. The saltwater pool was fantastic so warm and a good size. The beach was never crowded during our stay and the property’s cabana & chair rentals were perfect if you don’t feel like carrying chairs and umbrellas down to the beach. The kitchen was perfect for making meals, but the property also sells food at the tiki bar, and there are tons of dining options in the area. Parking is little tight, but overflow parking is available across the street, although we never had to use it. I am very happy with our stay and would love to visit again!

Some issues, but location is phenomenal!

A few issues: the floors were filthy when we arrived, dirty and sandy. The “bathroom” sink is a joke - you can’t get your hands under the faucet it’s so close to the edge of the sink and there’s barely any water pressure. The beds have a waterproof mattress cover that makes you sweaty when sleeping. The sheets weren’t fully on the beds when we arrived and are full of pills. So, sleeping wasn’t that comfortable. I feel they rely on their location (which is outstanding) to get by with these other inconveniences. That said, we could eat breakfast at the kitchen island and hear and see the ocean waves!
