Welcome to your cheerful beach condo! Decorated in a powder blue ocean theme, this condo is a casual abode near the beach with a friendly attitude. Relax in the comfortably furnished living room or relax on the brightly colored patio set (unless the woven white chair calls to you!). The view of the ocean is definitely best enjoyed with a beverage. The entire interior is cooled by central air conditioning and rugs are strategically placed so you won't slip on the cooling tile and wood flooring. The kitchen, updated as of early 2021, features solid wood cabinets, a nice tile backsplash, and granite countertops. Enjoy packing light with the use of a private washer/dryer.The desk workspace in the living room will help with anyone who needs to complete remote work or schooling.
