Welcome to our beautiful and brand new beach apartment rentals. We’re located ideally in Indian Rocks Beach. The beach is just two minutes away from our property, right across the street, allowing our guest a quick and easy access to enjoy the seaside. Our place is also positioned near great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, parks, fishing spots and many other touristic attractions. An excellent spot to enjoy one of the most spectacular sunsets of Florida. Peaceful and restful area.

Work Stay Hurricane Helen

We were required to evacuate do to Milton. VRBO and property owner agreed to refund our remaining days of our stay, which we are grateful for. I have the emails and correspondence from them agreeing to do so.I have over 4 hours invested trying to get my partial refund. Owner said it is an issue with VRBO and VRBO says it is in the hands of the property owner. 3 weeks later and no refund. I am disputing my CC.

Location and amenities

This was our first time booking with VRBO so it was a learning experience. The location was great, a block from the beach and there were a few restaurants within walking distance. The host was very nice and responded promptly to texts or calls. I'm not sure if there was an issue with the email system through VRBO website. I wish there were better pans and maybe a larger saute pan. The knives needed sharpening. The hairdryer only blew cool air. I would recommend dressers in the rooms to put clothes in for the stay, even if they are in the closet. Overall, it was a very nice condo and we enjoyed our stay.

Great to rent multiple units!

We rented two units and it was wonderful. Everyone had their own space and we could pop back and forth between the two easily. So many wonderful restaurants and things to do in a short walking distance!

Ladies Long Weekend (6 women)

The property is beautiful and clean. Lots of space. I would stay there again (if some of the items below are addressed) Pro's: clean and beautiful, lots of windows, bright AC works well (no instructions on location or use) in unit laundry (no instruction for use) Great Location had beach towels for everyone had beach chairs (only 3, 1 was broken when we arrived) supplied a large cooler (on wheels) supplied coffee and filters for coffee machine. supplied hand soaps/body wash/ shampoo and conditioner Con's: Garage, kitchen/Livingroom on 2nd level, Bedrooms are on 3rd level, rooftop is 4th level, that's a lot of stairs to carry all your luggage. Hot water issues, we had no hot water for the first 24hours of our stay which was extremely frustrating as we couldn't shower until later afternoon the 2nd day and only 2 people could get a quick hot shower and then you needed to wait a while for any others to get a hot shower. (this has been on other reviews) No mirrors in any bedrooms, so to get ready you had to use the bathrooms, which meant no one else could get in the showers. Nothing to put luggage on (or to unpack except closet) , luggage stands would be great. Internet connectivity was patchy at best. We picked this property for the rooftop deck (vs other 3 bedroom units), unfortunately there is only one lounge chair on the deck, you have to carry beach chairs (if you have them) up (3 flights) but then you can't enjoy the sunset because you cant see over the walls.... kitchen essentials were there but minimal (again only service for 8 which means after 1 meal you have to wash dishes in the dishwasher (which has a broken door, very difficult to open and close). Also, only 1 frying pan (how can you cook for 6-8people in 1 small frying pan). only 2 slice toaster (again 6-8people can stay there)

Great time in Indian Rocks Beach

We had a great time in Indian Rocks Beach and the surrounding area. The good things about this unit are great location, clean, spacious and a short walk to the beach. We walked to the beach every day. Great sunsets on the beach. A couple suggestions are instructions for the thermostat and washer. More kitchen tools and supplies would be helpful to prepare meals in the unit. The small frying pan needs to be replaced. Better communication would also be helpful. For example: when check in info and door code will be sent

Clean but not comfy

Our adult children and their spouses joined us for a-day stay to celebrate Feb birthdays. Positives: The condo was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, coffee, detergent, and paper products - which we appreciated. Access to the beach was a convenient (one block walk). Beach umbrella, chairs and cooler were provided. Fridge and ice maker worked. Negatives: The beds were harder than firm and the pillows were flatter than pancakes. One person got a hot shower one day. The rest of us (no matter the time of day or how we tried to stagger the times) ever got more than an almost warm to cold shower. We purchased a can opener for the kitchen and bought a skillet since the coating on the one there was scratched to the point that we didn't feel safe using it. The dishwasher's door must have a broken spring; it took a lot of muscle work to open it. The place desperately needs a dehumidifier. All towels and clothing felt wet all the time. We resorted to putting towels in the dryer and having someone run the hot, dry towel upstairs to us as we turned off the cold shower water. Our daughter dried her sheets before climbing into bed the first night. This would be a remarkable rental if the issues I mentioned were resolved.

Beautiful beach house

I wish the weather had been better! The house was very nice, it was clean. There were a few frustrating moments that weren’t the weather. I didn’t get any check in information until I asked for it, the information said we could check in at 3, which would have been nice considering we got to town around lunch time, we did go to the beach but didn’t last long because it was cold so we went to lunch. It started to rain at 3 but the housekeeper was at the house so we went to a nearby park & sat in the car for an hour, the housekeeper didn’t leave until 4 o’clock and there was laundry in the washer and the dryer that we had to take care of, no note of apology or what to do with the laundry so we left it on the shelf in the laundry room. There were not enough bath towels or linens for sleeping. It says it sleeps 8 but 2 have to sleep on the couch or air mattress. There are no linens/blankets for those people. Not one extra blanket in the house. It was very cold while we were there, 42° & rainy/humid. The house was well stocked other than that. A puddle accumulated on the master bedroom balcony so I was worried to enjoy the view from outside. The master bed wasn’t very comfortable for me, too hard, without great pillows so I woke with a headache every day. The location was great, there’s a cute bakery down the road with yummy food. Walmart (very small Walmart) was 10-15 minutes away. We still loved the house, you’re not allowed to park in the garage, that was disappointing. I don’t think we’ll come back, this was our second trip to Florida in a year & the beaches are beautiful but the kids like to surf & that hasn’t been possible. I think we’ll stick to west coast beaches from now on. No lifeguards at the beach either, just fair warning. If the weather had been better we would have loved the house but there were still some issues that kept it from being as comfortable as possible.

Amazing!

Perfect location! Quiet town and less crowded beach. Perfect for a relaxing beach week after we experienced the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Townhome was clean and updated. It had everything we needed to cook small meals and enjoy our time.

Great place!

Perfect in all aspects!

The house was beautiful and spacious for our family! The location is directly across the street from the beach and close to many great restaurants. At the beginning of the week we vacationed somewhere else and I wish we would have just booked this house for the entire trip instead of ever visiting the other place. The only thing that would have made this stay even better would be TVs in the rooms or maybe just more games/activities to offer in the house if there’s not going to be tv in the rooms. HOWEVER, that’s only a suggestion, because this place was perfect!

Family getaway

We had 6 people in our party the property was spacious and beautiful. We were so close to the beach and some of the local shops. The owner was great if we needed anything she was very quick to respond. We had such a great time!
