Neu renovierte Strandwohnung. Genießen Sie die warme Golfbrise, während Sie auf Ihrem Balkon am Wasser sitzen. Diese 1400 qm große Wohnung ist eine der größten in der Region. Es ist großartig für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub oder eine gemeinsame Zeit mit der Familie. Sie haben 2 Queen-Size-Betten und Etagenbetten !!! Die Maximalbelegung beträgt 6 Personen. Sehr großes Hauptschlafzimmer mit Sitzecke. Genießen Sie nach einem Tag am Strand den Whirlpool im Hauptbad. Hi Speed Internet mit WiFi

Das schöne Interieur umfasst eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granit und Waschmaschine / Trockner. Vom Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die interküstennahe Wasserstraße. Sie können Delfine und Seekühe beim Spielen beobachten.

Es gibt einen Carport für 2 Autos, einen privaten Pool, Liegestühle, Spielzeug und Handtücher. Der Strand ist ca. 150 Schritte entfernt. Wenn Sie es satt haben, sich im Sand zu entspannen oder am Pool zu lesen, können Sie auf einem privaten Pier die Boote beobachten oder Fische fangen.

Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, einige sogar zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Trolley bringt Sie auf dem Gulf Blvd auf und ab, sodass Sie alle Strände erkunden können. My husband and 2 teenage sons stayed her over Easter break for 5 nights. What a PERFECT location. Quiet with a beautiful view off the balcony yet only 3 minute walk across the street to a gorgeous beach! My boys did ALOT of fishing off the dock and it was a relaxing way to end the day sitting on the balcony watching them. The owners provided everything we needed to make this trip exceptional. The condo is a close walk to a few restaurants, general store, ice cream shop, and mini golf. The trolley stop is right outside the entrance to the complex and is an awesome way to go into Clearwater because we tried driving one day and turned right around and took the trolley. Parking and traffic are pretty bad down there. If you download the PSTA transit app it’s easy to see when the trolley will arrive. You’re looking for the Suncoast line and Gulf Blvd and 19993 stop. The trolley does take credit cards also. Just a great family trip all around! Thank you so much Patrik and Eva!!

Awesome place . 2 minute walk to beach. Beautiful view of the inner coastal from the deck. Saw Dolphins swimming in the inner coastal. Condo clean and up to date with very nice furniture. Restaurants are close and in walking distance. This is our 3rd consecutive year staying in this complex . Love Indian shores !!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very quiet complex with only a few buildings and a small number of units per building. Beautiful view of the Intercoastal. Enjoyed the balcony and view. We even saw some dolphins and manatees in the mornings. Parking located underneath with room for 2 and a garden hose to rinse off the beach gear. We leveraged the beach access located nearby which is just a 5 min walk and enjoyed some food at the nearby Caddy’s restaurant and pub (walking distance as well). The unit had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed! The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable! Our favorite so far in the condos we have rented in the past in this area. Great size unit with plenty of space. The owners were great to work with and responded quickly to our emails. Would definitely recommend this unit to others and would stay here again in the future.

Best place to stay at! We enjoyed lots of food and had lots of fun doing water sports. You could see dolphins from the balcony and the condo felt just like home! For sure will be coming back in the near future!

Condo was very clean and accommodating. Back deck overlooking the inter coastal waterway was nice. My daughter caught a catfish fishing off the little personal pier. Beach is a quick walk. Pool was nice and the kids loved it. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Wonderful location in a quiet area of Indian Shores...the condo was very comfortable and on the intercoastal waterway with great views from the deck. This condo is on the top floor and very quiet. Bedding/linens /towels were of good qulaity. Though the condo was clean, it needs an overall "freshening"...some areas need TLC. I can imagine that it is hard to stay after with a rental that has guests one after another. When do you fix/repair/spruce up when there is no time in between guests? The hosts were excellent and responsive...we had a great time. Thanks!

Our favorite aspect of the condo was the location- it is very quiet in the condo with a beautiful view of the intercostal waterway from the balcony. The walk to the beach was even shorter than we expected and the availability of beach chairs and other beach items was so nice.

Property has a lot of space I love the water view is so close to the beach and restaurants, the property has chairs, toys, a Cooler everything you need to take to the beach. I love the instruction book it tell you all you need to know We enjoyed our stayed we are definitely coming back with the family.

We stayed December 22-31 (left 1 day early due to cancellation of our flight). Had a wonderful time. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Location to restaurants and bars was great. Beach is right across the street with very easy access. Will stay again!

This was our first visit to Indian Shores and our first stay at Patrik & Eva's condo. What a gem on both counts. Their very spacious condo would get ten stars from us if we could do that. Every possible need was taken care of from kitchen to beach. Amazing how they have set up their place. View from the balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway was fabulous. Just sitting there watching the boats go by was so relaxing. Fishing from the dock yielded snook, lady fish and even a flounder!! Very comfortable living area. Clean and as I said very well set up. Everything needed was there. Communication with the Albertssons was superb. Have a question, which we did before and during, and their response was within an hour or so. Never experienced anything like that in many trips to Florida. Thank you to them for all of their suggestions for restaurants, etc. Many top quality restaurants nearby. The area their condo in is a non-busy area of Indian Shores. Hop skip and a jump to the beach. Very clean and relatively private beach area. Indian Shores is our new favorite area of Florida. Can't wait to visit again!! Fifteen days of perfect weather with just a touch of a shower on day 15. Well done Patrik !! Thank you for sharing your condo. All around ten stars !!
